Double/quiet/own bathroom/FIRESTICK TV/Farlington

Calm/comfy double bedroom on ground floor of our house in FARLINGTON (outskirts of Portsmouth- please check our location before booking). Exclusive use of own downstairs bathroom across the hall. TV-FIRESTICK only! 10min drive to 1000 Lakeside, 8min to QA hospital. IOW Ferry Port 7 miles/17mins away. Under 2 miles from Cosham station&3.3 miles to Havant. Easy access to A3, M27 & A27. Free road parking. Kettle/snacks in room. We have 2 cats & often foster kittens. CHECK IN 5pm Check out 10am. Good sized double bedroom and access to your own downstairs bathroom. Very comfy mattress. There is a TV with Firestick ONLY. Access to the kitchen for drinks only. We place a small snack basket, teas and coffee for you in your room. We do not provide full breakfast. There is a boiler in the bedroom inside a cupboard, which makes a very quiet sound when hot water is being used. If you need access to an iron and board, please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you. No access to any other rooms - kitchen for drinks only. Please don’t ask to use the kitchen for meals or to eat in, as this room is in constant use by ourselves :) We are more than happy for you to bring food back to your room. We respect our guests and keep ourselves to ourselves, and try to let you be. We try to give you as much space as possible during your stay - so you don’t feel that you are living alongside others. If you need anything during your stay please message me via the Airbnb app. PLEASE double check our location before booking, we are in Farlington, up on Portsdown Hill, on the outskirts of Portsmouth - with a nice view! We would love it if you could leave a review after your stay otherwise it can affect our Super Host status :) We don’t accept long term stays. Ground floor only - bedroom, private downstairs bathroom and kitchen for drinks only. No cooking or meal making in the kitchen. Please do not go into any of our other rooms - thank you :) Check in and not too much more! We try to give you space and leave you in peace to make you feel more comfortable, although we are happy to help whenever needed if we are home - or via the Airbnb app. Quiet, pretty and friendly. Great access to main routes both east and west. Very close to all main routes. Bus stops with regular service on the main Havant Rd which is a 3/4 minute walk away. Cosham train station 1.9 miles and Havant train station is 3.3 miles. 30 minute walk to QA hospital, 10 minute car journey. Take away restaurants such as Chinese, Indian, Fish and Chips within 10-15 minute walk. Beefeater is a 5 minute drive. Tesco Express is 6 minute walk away. Large Co-op less than 5 minute drive. Also, large Sainsbury's with petrol station less than a 5 minute drive. Zettie’s cafe on the main Havant road is open from 9am to 3pm and has a wide range of breakfasts and lunches. Churchillian Pub less than 10 minute drive up on top on the hill which serves pub food - an amazing view over Portsmouth!
