Resort style apartment

This guest house is architecturally designed and fully self contained with its own private entrance. Comfortably sleeps 3 with a separate bedroom and lounge with double sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchenette and two TV's and its own private courtyard. The guest house is a short walk to cafes and shops, and public transport to Fremantle (10 minutes) and Perth (40 minutes). The beach is 10 minutes drive. There is a large garden and heated pool where you are welcome to relax. Completely separate from main house. Sofa is also a fold out double bed. 55 inch TV in lounge, another TV in bedroom with Queen sized bed. Private side courtyard, fully secure. opens onto large back deck and access to salt water heated pool. Solar passive design to ensure stays cool in summer. There is also an outdoor bath. The kitchen has an Nespresso coffee machine, an air fryer and an induction hot plate. Pool, Webber BBQ, garden, wifi, netflix, Stan Guests vary with the amount of interaction they want and we are friendly and available when required and the guest house is completely private too. Leafy, lots of parks, close to Fremantle and beaches. Walking distance to trendy cafes and shops. Parking undercover available. Less than 200 metres to public transport to Perth and Fremantle. We have a friendly cocker spaniel named Pearl.
