Excellent value room rental in large classy home
Choice of 2 bedrooms with own bathroom. Both can be rented together at extra charge. A single bedroom also available for extra person/child . Large up-market hillside house with City views. Close to everything - transport, shopping & sports centres, parks, golf course, wildlife, walking/ bike trails. You will have use of kitchen, laundry, lounges, balconies and dining areas. Plenty of parking, airport 15 mins drive, Gold and Sunshine Coast motorways 5 mins. It’s a great place to stay. Our modern, spacious and home has 5 bedrooms, which are all very clean, comfortable and elegant. There is a private guest bathroom, plus entertainment, living and dining areas with City views and balconies. You will have plenty of room to relax and watch sunsets over the Brisbane skyline or enjoy the gardens, Bulimba Creek bike or walking trails which are on our door-step. You will have the main bathroom and toilet to yourself, my wife and I have our own suite. As needs be, you can also use the kitchen, laundry, TV room (Netflix, Fetch, Optus Sports), patio & alfresco dining area (views of City and beyond), gardens, balconies and main lounge. Your privacy will be respected but my wife and I are happy to help and converse should you wish. My wife is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. The main bedroom/ensuite and lounge areas are separate from the other bedrooms and the main bathroom with separate toilet. Noise is minimal because all the house is solid double brick and concrete floor construction. Nearby Carindale Shopping Centre is one the largest in Australia. It has numerous restaurants, cafes and speciality shops including a multiplex cinema. The Pacific Golf Course is a few minutes away, as are wildlife reserves and extensive parklands and walking trails. The Carina and the Olympic standard Sleeman Sports Centres cater for most pursuits. Public transport is a short walk and there is a bus transport hub at the Carindale Shopping Centre which provides easy access to the City, surrounding suburbs, universities and schools. Both the Gateway and Pacific motorways are a few minutes drive away providing direct access to north and south coasts - 1hr). Our home is situated in a very pleasant, pretty, quiet and affluent area, surrounded by elegant houses. It is an ideal place to relax or enjoy all the tourist spots that Brisbane and S.E. Qld has to offer. We will do our best to make your stay enjoyable.
