Every rooms are renovated on the spring of 2019 (the exterior of the building is still under renovation). In the building there are also a restaurant and a bar. Ponte Serra is located near Lamon, in the Dolomites. in the centre of Lamon you arrive in 5 minutes by a car, Feltre is 12 km far, Primiero San Martino di Castrozza 20 km.
