Sushma homestay is located in a peaceful residential colony away from hustle-bustle of the city. We have two rooms with attached bathroom available for our guest on first floor. They will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and a private fully equipped kitchen. We have open garden that makes the place unique in this area. The hill view from our terrace is mesmerizing. All the tourist spots are within 5 kms from our location. Electricity bill will be excluded in that price and guest have to pay security deposit of Rs (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) before check-in. It will be returned after deducting electricity charges. **Our property is located in Avas Vikas Colony, 1.5 km from AIIMS Rishikesh. You can search on (Hidden by Airbnb) to get better idea of the locality and nearby places. ** Wifi connectivity is available at 100mbps provided by Jiofiber for both the rooms. **Working desk and chair is provided for the guests in one of the room. Ample storage space is provided in both the rooms. **Washed towels and linens will be provided to the guests. **Semi automatic washing machine will be provided. **Private kitchen with all kitchenware is provided for you to cook your own meals. Grocery shops are at walkable distance from our place. **We stay downstairs and will be available during the day hours whenever needed. **Rooms will be cleaned everyday which is included in the room charges. In case guest want to get their dishes done, they have to pay extra charges. **Parking will be available outside the house on the street. **There is potential for slight noise during day time because of the school and nearby construction. **Non-veg and smoking are strictly not allowed. Guest will have private access to entire first floor and rooftop. They can also access our garden but being on the ground floor, it will be shared. We live downstairs and love socializing with our guest. We can suggest them places to visit. We will be available downstairs during the day hours if they need help with anything. Our property is located in Avas Vikas colony-one of the peaceful locality of Rishikesh away from the overcrowded areas. Guests will enjoy our place if they are looking for a peaceful and serene retreat with home like feel. Grocery store is at walkable distance. The place is in Avas Vikas colony near AIIMS Rishikesh.
