Maison d'architecte plain pied campagne lilloise

Our main house is a single storey designed by an architect with the idea of feeling on vacation all the time! Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children. The light-bathed raised the rooms, and offer a very pleasant view of the exterior. The single storey offers everyday comfort. The terrace runs alongside the house on the south side and extends towards the garden. In short, it's a real pleasure to live there and we are happy to be able to share it with you! The house has an open living room, with a dining area and an open kitchen with a bar. A parental suite overlooking the garden with a bathroom, a dressing room, a double bed and a small office space. Two children's bedrooms with respectively 1 bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 beds. A bathroom with tub and shower. A game room with home cinema. An entrance with dressing room. There is also a large terrace with outdoor sofa and a summer dining area close to the kitchen. The house has a gate with parking to park up to 3 vehicles. Nearby Lesquin airport (15 minutes), 4 cantons metro (10 minutes), bus. The journey by car to Lille is about 20 minutes. We are a few kilometers from Belgium. There are beautiful walks by bike or on foot close to our house. We will be happy to advise you on the routes. There are also restaurants, bakery and supermarket less than 5 minutes from the house. We also have two little cats who live mainly outside. Depending on your convenience, you can completely leave it outside throughout your stay. We just ask you to refill the bowls with the croquettes provided and water! (thanks for them).
