Calm Oasis Villa, pool, bbq, 30 km from Barcelona

Oasis Villa is situated in a calm neighbourhood on the outskirts of the small town of Cardedeu. It is located in the Catalan region of the Vallés Oriental only 30 mins by train to Barcelona or Girona, 10 mins by car to Golf and Shopping and 25 mins by car to the nearest beach and vineyards. A total of 11 people can sleep in 5 cozy bedrooms. The rest of the space comprises 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, gallery, and lush garden with pool, barbecue and a pitch to play "Pétanque". The villa is distributed over two floors with a large living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. A veranda wraps around the side of the house on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find four more bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. A gallery with play area for kids and an extensive library wrap around the outside of the villa. There are many secluded corners to explore around the garden also. We invite you to take a seat at one of the tables to have a lazy breakfast, or read a book on one of the benches. Why not have a cup of tea, or local vermouth at one of the snug nooks under the trees. You can also enjoy outdoor games such as ping pong and pétanque. Our Barbecue area is perfect for those sunny afternoons after a refreshing dip in the 10m x 5m pool. Why not enjoy a home cooked dinner outdoors under the pergola while watching the sunset. For fans of the traditional Paella, we have an outdoor Paellero kit also, if you fancy cooking like a local. Come to Oasis Villa to relax, explore and replenish! Guests will have full access to the house, with the exception of some cupboards for host personal storage which will be locked. Feel free to contact us during your stay if you have any queries. You can experience a wide range of different activities such as Golfing, Shopping, Karting, Hiking, Cycling, Beaches, Dairy Farm visits, Eco Farms, Horse Riding, Wine Tasting, Spas, local restaurants, all a short distance by car... Feel free to ask us for any recommendations before and during your stay. The villa 5 mins by car to the train station wich takes you directly to Barcelona airport in 1 hour ( Barcelona Centre 30mins) You can walk to Cardedeu in 20mins where you can get the train. We recommend renting a car during your stay to enjoy the wide range of activities on offer in the area. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We would like your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, and to that effect, we have the following house rules in place: Check-in hours are between 15:00 and 22:00. On arrival, you will be given the keys to the Villa and asked to pay the local tourist tax as per legislation. You will be asked for credit card details as security to cover any damages or loss of keys. * Families with young children are responsible for their safety around the pool area. * This house is in a residential area and not intended for parties. * This house is only intended for people in the group. * Pets are not allowed * This house is in a quiet zone between 10pm and 8am.
