Poplar House is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on a large flat block in the heart of Cooee Bay. The interior is modern and bright. Located 200m from the beach and the ever popular Two Sisters Coffee shop in beautiful Cooee Bay. The simple beach house is the perfect home away from home with the added luxury of air conditioning and a large fenced yard big enough to house a couple of boats. Upstairs the living area is open plan and opens onto a deck that looks towards the sea. The two upstairs bedrooms both have Queen beds. Downstairs a third room has another Queen bed while the fourth room has two king single beds. All bedrooms and the upstairs living area are fully air conditioned. The upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower and separate toilet. The downstairs bathroom contains a shower and toilet. The kitchen is located upstairs and is equipped with a microwave & dishwasher. Smart TV’s are provided both upstairs and downstairs. Board games, boogie boards and beach towels are also provided. The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer. All linen is supplied. Off street parking for at least 2 vehicles. The lovely seaside town of Yeppoon sits at the heart of Queensland’s Capricorn Coast and boasts great weather and wonderful beaches. Poplar House is a 15 minute walk to the heart of Yeppoon and the iconic Yeppoon Lagoon - a FREE 2500 square-metre resort style lagoon pool with a stunning infinity edge and shallow children's play area in a lovely garden setting. Enjoy a day trip to Byfield, Great Keppel Island or the Crocodile Farm, visit weekly local markets or dine out at The Rocks or The Bungalow. Yeppoon has it all.
