The village location is ideal for guests who would like to experience everything that Bath has to offer, but then escape the bustling streets to a quiet retreat. The village of Combe Down has a few handy shops and a deli/cafe. The city of Bath is a 20 minute walk away or five minute car journey. The on-street parking at the property is free. This property has a beautiful front garden. The entrance is light and airy. On the left is the large living room with TV and games table. Opposite is the dining room with a table that seats 8. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you may need for your stay. There is a washer and a dryer in the utility area. Adjoining the kitchen is a little office area and downstairs shower room. Upstairs are 3 well appointed large double rooms and a single room. All bedrooms have plenty of furniture to put your belongings. Guests can access the whole of the property as well as the rear courtyard and the front garden. Combe Down is a picturesque village on the edge of Bath. There is a number of handy shops on the high street including a deli/cafe (serving delicious breakfasts and lunches), a hair dressers and grocery store. There is a church and primary school in the village too. There is a regular bus service to Bath from the village. Bath has an excellent train service. The train station is approximately 25 minutes walk from the property.
