Apt with hot tub Chalet LIZOU 20km Alaia Bay

Renovated with love by my husband René over several years, the chalet has a lovely welcoming vibe and hosts guests from around the world at different times of the year. Anzère is a ski resort in from December to April and a lovely place to come with family and friends the rest of the year to hike, bike, paraglide, enjoy the spa or simply relax in the garden. Please let us know if you would have any special requests. We want to you have a fabulous stay! The chalet can accommodate up to 13 and the dining room table can be turned and extensions added to accommodate everyone. There is a huge table for eating outside and a gas plancha for cooking outside. We have our own apartment in part of the chalet so you will have the place to yourselves. Should you decide you want breakfast ready on the table in the morning that can be arranged or of you want to host a dinner for friends and have someone else do the work this can be arranged. We also rent electric mountain bikes and have 2 road bikes for rental. Netflix is available in the upstairs bedrooms (Mr P and Mr T's rooms). These rooms were named after their occupants, the President and the Treasurer of the World Transplant Games Federation occupied them a few years ago and the names stuck! Guests have access to everything except our apartment and bathroom, which is another apartment with a separate entrance. The garden area is south facing and great for outside dining, sun bathing and chilling. The outside dining table seats 12-14 people and an electric store can be opened to protect diners from the sun. There is also a lovely little balcony at the little shed the 3 little bears to sit and read or simply enjoy the view We have a living space within the chalet so are more or less always available. In the Winter we are at our sports shop Central Sports, so not in the house but just up the road! Guests automatically receive a 30% discount on ski and snowboard hire in Central Sports! It is lovely and quiet here apart from cuckoos and the floorboards in some places... (an authentic wooden Swiss chalet!) One can walk to the centre of town in 10 minutes or take the car in 2 minutes. There is free parking on site but you will probably need winter tyres and, depending on the snow 4x4 to get up the drive way. The free shuttle bus, which runs 7 days a week in the winter, stops in front of the chalet during the day and take you to the village and to the ski lift so no need to take the car. TOURIST TAX There is a local tourist tax of Fr. 3.50 per night per adult & Fr. 1.75 for children of 6.-16, (no charge for under 6) which we collect on arrival. During the summer season this gives guests access to some local bus destinations, the pool at Anzère Spa and Wellness and the telecabine, tennis courts and more.
