Family home in Bedminster

1 room available in my 3 bed house in Bedminster, south Bristol (very near to parson street station). An ideal base to explore Bristol. Expectation is that guests will be out for the day. I have an 13 year old son and a cat. I can provide breakfast (or help yourself to cereal, toast and a drink) and you can use the kitchen, bathroom, dining area and garden. I can accommodate up to 4 people (2 sharing the double bed) Look forward to meeting you! I’ve got room for up to 4 people. I’ll be as available as guests need or want. I work full time but Im on the end of a phone or email when not around in person. Less than 5 mins walk to Parson St station, on 76 and 75 bus routes (15-20 mins to city centre) 20 mins walk to North st shops and cafe, 30 mins walk to Broad Quay. Bus, train, bike, car all fine.
