Wattle Grove Rustic Retreat

Our 2 bedroom open plan cottage (110m2) is located in Wattle Grove on a semi rural site, whilst still being 30 min from the CBD and 15 min from Perth airports. The cottage has been newly decorated with quality furniture/ fittings and linen. You will be greeted on arrival by your host Shirley who is happy to share her local knowledge whilst also offering you your own privacy. Entry to the property through your own gate to access cottage. The cottage (granny flat ) is situated on 2.5 acres, with lots of grass, vegetable gardens and trees, ideally suited for adults and children whilst also being disability friendly. The bedrooms are a very generous size ensuring privacy and space. 2nd bedroom includes queen bed, sofa bed, small TV with built in DVD player, lge TV mounted on lounge wall including DVD player, very comfy lounge and dining.. bathroom is open plan ( wheelchair/disabled friendly ) and includes double sink and washing machine. great modern kitchen including microwave and dish washer. Enjoy the outdoors with the outdoor setting under the patio. Guests are welcome to use the shared pool space with us in the warmer months, heated pool with Bali style gazebo, the pool area is fully fenced and for obvious reasons is a glass free zone ( plastic cups in cottage ) Seasonal veggies from the gardens and fresh eggs available. Guest privacy is very much respected but in saying that we are very approachable, please feel free to ring, email or text us for further information, we are hear to help. We are semi rural whilst still being close to the city and tourist destinations, in saying that we have an abundance of kookaburras, black cockatoos, pink and grey galahs, bandicoots and the odd rabbit to name a few. Ideally your own transport would be highly advisable, but in saying that their is a bus stop 800 metres away. Also we have full access to Uber, Shofer and taxi. We are very relaxed and casual and just want our guests to relax and enjoy our country/ city lifestyle and surrounds.
