Newly refurbished church conversion...

The house is a well located Church conversion on the edge of Exeter - and just had a full refurb so the place is looking amazing!! It's easy walking distance to puds, shops, cafe etc on Cowick Street - including a great butcher etc. The house is a 15 min walk to the Cathedral and all the shops, bars and restaurants in central Exeter. The attractive quay side is a 10 min walk. The house looks old but is full of modern features - underfloor heating, double glazing, pressurised water system etc. The house is full of quirky design features, origional fonts, brick arches, stone mullion windows and loads of natural light. It's fairly open plan, but keeps a cosy feel :-) The whole house is available for guests, with wardrobe space in the bedrooms Both myself and my wife Victoria will be available on the mobile during your stay the nearby pubs aren't the best, but head to Exeter quay for some great places The city centre is a 15 min walk, Exeter Quay 10 min. Driving / taxi takes 5 mins to the centre of town (1.3 miles away)
