This gorgeous, newly completed three-bedroom beach house is located steps away from your own 'private' beach. Feel the salty breeze against your skin as you finally give yourself the time to slow down and sink into relaxation. Read a book in our open air living room or cook dinner in our spacious kitchen. At the end of the day, allow yourself to be lulled into a deep, peaceful sleep by the crashing of ocean waves off in the distance. Escape the heat, crowds, and traffic at Croco Beach House. The house has two floors, is mostly made of wood and boasts a grass roof, providing perfect insulation from the sun. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms, an open kitchen and an open living room sofa area connected to fresh grass surrounding the entire villa. On the second floor there are three double rooms (which can be changed to double or single beds as you request) and a large balcony/terrace with hammocks and floor cushions. I will give you proper advice about the surrounding area, the best surfing spots, and all the entertainments you can get in Arugam Bay. - In 20 minutes, you can walk along the beach to the local surf spot, Main Point. - Crocodile Rock is just a 20 minute walk away as well and has breathtaking lagoon views at sunset. You may even spot an elephant or two! - A 35 minute walk away will take you to Elephant Rock, where you can spend the morning or evening enjoying the surfing atmosphere and beautiful sunrise/sunset. Extras: The staff at Croco House will be available 24/7 during your stay to assist in matters big and small. We have four free bicycles for you to use at your leisure, and we can arrange airport transportation, TukTuk and motorbike rentals, tours and surf lessons. We are also happy to do your shopping so the fridge is always fully stocked with your favorites. A vacation should be relaxing and Croco House is dedicated to making your stay as easy and effortless as possible. Enjoy all the benefits of a home away from home without any of the responsibilities.
