Lovely family self-contained property.

Very comfortable space and beautifully decorated throughout to a very high standard. There is a lovely outdoor seating area with magnificent views over the valleys and situated in a quiet, idyllic area within the Cotswolds but with easy access to the local amenities. The Annexe is the perfect place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday where fresh air is freely available and social distancing will not be a problem! All bedding, towels, tea towels, toilet rolls, soap, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets cleaning equipment etc are all supplied and you are welcome to use these during your stay. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the property too. This is a no-smoking, pet-free house. The owners of the annexe live on-site in the house situated next door. Located in the beautiful Cotswold village near Stroud, Gloucestershire the Annexe is within walking distance of Rodborough common where amazing walks can be enjoyed with various pubs dotted around where you can stop and enjoy some great food and drink. The nearby pub "The Prince Albert" is a renowned music venue with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere specialising in real ales set in a classic Cotswold building. In nearby Stroud you will find the local farmers market every Saturday and also "Woodruffs", the country's first organic cafe. Nearby lie the royal residency's of Highgrove in Tetbury and Gatcombe Park in Minchinhamptom. There is easy access to both the M5 and A46, which can lead you to Regency Cheltenham, Cirencester, Bath Spa, Tetbury, Bristol, and the rest of the Cotswolds. Nearby attractions include Westonbirt Arboretum, Slimbrdge wildfowl trust, Woodchester Mansion and Berkley Castle to name but a few! A car is recommended when you are staying at The Annexe as it is situated in a fairly rural location, although within walking distance of the local pub and surrounding commons. PPE will be worn throughout by myself, the van will be thoroughly aired between stays, all linen will have been washed at the highest degree with anti-bac washing detergent and everything (including soft furnishings) will be sprayed with anti-bac and left to air dry ensuring the product works to kill germs and viruses.
