There are also two single 'cube' sofa beds in the lounge that guests are welcome to use, please bring your own sleeping bags/bedding if you would like to use these. There is an off-road parking bay at the front of the house and unrestricted on-street parking, subject to availability. It is also possible to park outside the garage to the rear of the property. The house is located in Derwen Fawr, Sketty, one of the nicest areas of Swansea. It is in a great location for Swansea Bay, Mumbles and Gower beaches. There is on street parking outside house, subject to availability, and a private driveway. There is also parking to park to the rear of the property, if required.
