Perfect located family friendly house is renovated and only 2 min away from Western Freeway, 5 min from Ballan, 20 min from Daylesford and 60 min to Melbourne. Whether you want to stay for 2 nights or 2 weeks, we make sure that you are comfortable. We live next door and rent out this house, which used to belong to our parents. We are able to help with whatever you need to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. We include tea, coffee, milk and slow wi fi. Welcome to our home! The house is 130 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms ( a made up mattress can be placed in any room as the 5th bed), a living room, a big kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and laundry. The entire house is built in 2001 and renovated in 2018, so everything is presenting nicely. You can enjoy the surrounding gardens. Our friendly dog may say hello and our 2 horses keep the grass down in the next paddock. Clean bed linen for all new guests. Feel free to use the entire house and our large garden as you like. We live next door and are more than happy to support you with local guidance or any other needs you may have. Our neighborhood is quiet and every block is 5 acres. So no noise to disturb your mornings or evenings. Here you can really relax and enjoy your stay. We recommend you come by car, since Ballan is 4 km away. Ballan has a direct train to Melbourne or Ballarat, where you can easily park your car and go sightseeing! :) We have a small dog and two horses. You will probably meet our dog Casper he is friendly and loves visitors. Our two horses are grazing just outside your patio, so they will be checking in from time to time.
