Our penthouse is 100m2 and it is at the top floor of the 4-floor condo complex built in 2017. Unique modernly designed penthouse with high ceilings and strong woody elements in living room & kitchen area. This part of the apartment is faced to the west and here you can enjoy the amazing sunsets and view on Boka Bay and Verige strait. The living room has a cozy sofa that could be made as a queen size bed for 2 persons. The kitchen is very spacious/functional with plenty of dishware, silverware and other home appliances. 2 Bedrooms- one master bedroom with a king size bed with the astonishing view on the sea which is in front of your eyes! The second bedroom has 2 two single beds and it is also very spacious. 2 designer made bathrooms with showers and a laundry machine for each bedroom. Large terrace with glass fence with table and chairs- this is the place where you will feel magic at any point of the day or night, but sunsets here are simply the best in whole Boka Bay :))) Everything in the penthouse is brand new and it is prepared for our upcoming guests. We make sure we provide the best quality for our guests so they have a great experience staying in our apartment. We provide extra bed linens, towels, and other appliances! 2 Guests are welcome to use all amenities that are in the penthouse. Guests who come with a car will have their secured parking space. Our home is part of a modern residential complex (built in 2017) in Drazin Vrt. Quite and walkable residential area with a lot of space for kids- 24h secured complex. The complex is surrounded and decorated with green plants and flowers. Bajova Kula beach, the most beautiful beach in the bay is just under our complex, few minutes walk from it. The beach has a big restaurant with Italian cuisine and local fish dishes. Drazin Vrt is a famous fishing village in the Bay of Kotor with long tradition and history. There are local houses in our place where you can by fresh fish. Also, in our neighborhood, there are many oysters ''farms'' where you can buy this specialty and prepare it in your home. Most of our guests come by car as we have private parking for them. Our location is very suitable as we are in the heart of Kotor Bay between 2 most famous towns, Perast and Kotor. Perast is just behind the corner, some 5 min drive (2km) Perast is a picturesque, historic town in the Bay of Kotor with two small islands: one is called Sveti Đorđe and the other Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks), and each has a picturesque chapel. Gospa od Škrpjela is particularly interesting given that it is the only artificially-built island in the Adriatic, and it can be reached by small boats operating from its dock. Kotor is 15min away (7km). Kotor is world's famous UNESCO protected Old Town, one of the most visited sites in the Balkan area. Beside car transportation, we have a bus station near our building and in the summer season, many buses are connecting Kotor and Perast.
