Annie's cottage and garden

Annies is a perfect hideaway for anyone looking for a short break . We have given the cottage a lot of thought and feel confident that you will be very comfortable in its lovely ambiance and country outlook . Please note minimal stay is one night however if you are a party of 4 or more then one night stay will be accepted . $270:00 per couple per night $110:00 for additional person $160:00 per room per person (this is where 2 people wish to have a room and bathroom each ) Annie's cottage sits privately behind a well established camellia hedge at Trafalgar B&B . Between Annie's cottage and Trafalgar we can accommodate up to 14 guests. If you are looking to accommodate a large party of family or friends for that special occasions then please come and have a look , we would be delighted to show you around . Annie's cottage is private and for paying guests only,once you make a booking then the calendar is blocked off for any other guests. Annie's cottage is not suitable for small children or pets . We have provided plenty of garden areas to sit and enjoy our garden . We do not charge cleaning or any other fee. We are of course very happy to assist in any way we can . we are only 20 meters from the cottage. Please just ask . Neighbourhood is rural with numerous small farms and homes mostly on large hectors of land . Cottage is private and well away from neighbours . Getting around is best achieved in your own car, there are a lot of country lanes and bush walking areas where public transport is limited . Annie's is newly built, but made look old, It is furnished with charming old pieces such as a very old welsh and Irish dressers ,it has reverse cycle air con very good quality linens and toiletries are used . Kitchen is stocked with all the basic breakfast food including eggs by our own happy chooks.
