Kenilworth River Oaks on the Mary - pet friendly

We are open for business - and we refund if you are Covid locked down… your town or ours. Kenilworth's River Oaks is joined to hundreds of acres of dairy farming land and overlooks a thoroughbred horse stud across the river with direct access to the Mary River River Oaks offers a lovingly restored country farm house with a spectacular veranda overlooking the Mary River and beyond, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a serious gourmet’s French provincial kitchen, and breath taking country views. River Oaks is just 4 minutes from the historic Kenilworth Village, 15 minutes to Eumundi Market, 25 minutes to Montville and 35 minutes to Noosaville. We are pet friendly and allow your pet to sleep in the house with you.... for a small pet fee ($10 per pet / per night) at the time of booking. The house has air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter... Guests have exclusive access to the home, house gardens, and the river flat between the house and river. The area immediately around the house is fenced for the safety of your children and pets. We leave you alone to enjoy the privacy of the home and your farm stay... though if you have a problem with which you need assistance we are contactable and can attend the property, usually within a few hours or have our caretakers meet you on site. We are located on a quiet country lane shared with only 3 other homes ... mostly quietly living older (Website hidden by Airbnb) we ask that you do not play loud music or engage in outside conversations with your group after 10pm or very early in the morning. Best not leave your pets unattended at the house if they are inclined to bark or whine. You will need your own car, motor cycle or bicycles as there is no public transport to our area We rent the whole house, and you do not share it with other guests. This is not a party house and we do not provide a venue for weddings, functions and parties. Pets are welcome in the house, though not allowed in beds or on any furniture. We ask that you remove all pet droppings and personal rubbish before you leave. The coffee machine is an 'Expressi Multi - Beverage Capsule Machine and it takes K-fee® – recommended Pods.
