Dishes, cutlery and basics, like cereal, milk, o j, butter, bread, tea and coffee supplied to start you off. Separate access from main house. 30 minute drive to Glasgow and 20 minutes Ayrshire coast. Good rail links. Good local amenities and park/nature trails. Dog friendly. Restaurants within walking distance. Small garden Bright and airy double bedroom with en suite in a quiet location. Separated from main cottage with own entrance. Work space and wifi. Own kitchen in conservatory with kettle, toaster, microwave, single radiant hob, small fridge/freezer, washing machine, tea and coffee plus breakfast supplies for first night of stay. Parking in cul de sac. Use of small garden. All guests should park at the entrance to Castle Farm Close, on the left next to the grass and walk past the 3 houses on the left to the tall fence. my path is then to your left, alongside the fence and through wrought iron gate. Guests should access the guest suite through Castle Farm Close (not Clarks Wynd). Once in Castle Farm Close park immediately on the left, beside the grass. Walk down the Close past 3 houses on your left to the end of the Close. (not at all far). At the tall fence at the end of the Close my path is along to the left, alongside the fence and through wrought iron gates. Once you come through the gates and down my path your gate is to the left of the building. Your door will be open. Please make yourself at home. Owner available most of the time during your stay. Happy to help with details of local amenities, tourist info, maps etc. Please just ask. Stewarton is a small friendly town with excellent amenities for all. Good local restaurants/cafes and takeaways. Three supermarkets. Two chemists and doctors surgery. Several local boutique shops, hairdressers, delis and sports centre. Railway station is a 2 minute walk away with regular trains to Glasgow and Kilmarnock. Various local walks and cycle routes. Two minute walk to train station. Half hourly rail service to Glasgow and Kilmarnock. Good bus links via Kilmarnock to all of Ayrshire. Various cycle paths. Local taxis. Owner has one friendly dog that is kept in the main cottage. Owner happy to discuss any requests that you may have prior to your stay. Washing machine available for longer stays.
