Private entrance from the laneway and private lock up parking underneath the studio. It is very light and bright. Studio has a double bed and a single bed, tea. coffee making facilities, note no kitchen sink upstairs, a bar fridge, sofas, flat screen TV, New bathroom downstairs. Private exclusive use Off street undercover lock up parking is available underneath the studio and private entrance from the laneway. Local bus stop is only a 2 min walk from my home and a 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. 2 min walk to Coles Supermarket, post office, Cibo Cafe, bank and chemist. Take a walk along the linear park to the city, or direct along North Terrace and parklands to visit the Botanic Gardens, The National Wine Centre, Art Gallery, Museum, Universities, hospital, and famous Central Market. It is a convenient location for Adelaide oval and events such as Fringe Festival, Festival of Arts, Oz Asia Festival, Cabaret Festival WOMAD, Tour Down Under, Clipsal V8 Supercars.
