Our two-storey, four bedroom townhouse is ready to welcome AirBnB guests! Our house is conveniently positioned in a quiet residential street while still keeping you close to everything you need. Guest Access - Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, garage and the backyard. Randomised security code for front door access provided for each booking. This will be provdied when booking confirmed, close to check-in date. No smoking indoors; ashtray provided in backyard for use No parties or events Check out by 10AM Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Please no amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted after 10 pm during your stay. Up to $1,100 penalty occurs. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited, if we found any house rules are broken by the guest, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the apartment immediately with penalty fines up to $1,100 for any lost or damages causes in the apartment or the building. If the property was returned very dirty, extra cleaning fee $500 charged. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
