" Ca Na Vivi " - Idyllic guesthouse with pool

Guesthouse in mallorquin style with pool between beach and mountains. The guesthouse together with the mainhouse is located in a very calm area centrally in the lovely village of Es Capdellá with a shared pool and a big mediteranean garden with fruit trees. Typical mallorquin house built in 1830 and fully renovated in 2016 with new installations incl. in-floor heating. The guesthouse has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, livingroom with sofa bed and TV , own terrace and parking. Large bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom, living room ( with sofa bed ) & well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, 4 ring ceramic hob, electric oven + Microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Wifi. House and beach towels provided. The house is ideal for a romantic getaway, as well for a family with children using the sofa bed. The Pool is shared by the mainhouse (only owner) and the Guesthouse. Covered terrace with table, chairs and BBQ. Use of owners pool, sunbeds and outside dining area with BBQ. 3 restaurants, pharmacy, ATM and 2 little grocery stores can all be reached within few minutes by foot. Here every season has its own magic and special appeal. We are in a calm village location, with healthy air, blue sky and lots of sunshine. We are 20 minutes from downtown Palma, 10 minutes from the well known beach of Paguera and only a few walking minutes from the Tramuntana Mountains. Here you can relax, spend a day at the beach, hike in nature, play sports, access many diverse restaurants, shopping options and cultural events and museums, ... Public transport is available nearby to Palma and local taxis are reasonable. Mallorca is probably best enjoyed if you hire a car or a bike. Check in and check out flexible, except where there is a same day changeover, when check in is after 3pm and check out by 11am. In this event we will need a little time!
