Kids will be playing around 10am, and 12pm. After that, quietness. You'll reach the city center after a 10min walk. You'll find also at least 3 parks on the sorrundigs. When you get out of the aparment, you'll find the bus number 11, it goes to the city center (townhall). You can also get the tram to go to the beach just 100m from the apartment. Neighborhood is at acalm and quiet residential area. But only a 10-minute time walk from the old city center. Near the entrance a bus stop (if you don't like walking), just 7 minutes and you're in the city center or shopping district. The bus runs every 5 minutes. Only 15 minutes by tram and you are on a huge and magnificent beach. Tram stop 100 meters from the house, tram runs every 3-5 minutes. Tram is very comfortable, fast, equipped with air conditioning. This is best way out of the town center to the beach. Within a 10-minute walk a few big, wonderful, well-kept parks, including the famous Turia. In the parks are often festivals and special events. If you have children around the house a lot of children's playgrounds. Two blocks from the house a few good supermarkets with a great choice (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes - big shopping mall with a good selection of basic brands.
