Bed and breakfast in the peace and in the green

The house is located between Toulouse and Bordeaux, 10 minutes from the Marmande, 9km from the thermal baths of Casteljaloux, near the Mas d'Agenais forest . She is a renovated old Landes-style farm with a large shaded terrace. This magnificent and serene setting also serves as a place for retreats in personal development. The spacious and comfortable room is located upstairs by an independent access. The bathroom and WC are shared with the second bedroom rented via airbnb. My house is atypical and unique. Its wooden, stone and brick structure dating from 1680 is typical of the old farms in the north of the moors. Its main facade is placed to the southeast. If the weather is nice, it is in this part where breakfast will be served. The bedrooms are located upstairs and separate from the common areas (kitchen, living room). The beds are very comfortable 140cm beds. Passionate about cooking, I can, if you wish, make your meals with starter, main course and dessert for 15 euros per person (prior reservation): Seasonal cuisine, French, Brazilian specialties (moquera), Thai, Japanese, African north, etc ... Another charming asset :-), I practice well-being and energy massages as well as plantar reflexology. You can book this service when you book. The price is 50 euros. Possibility of wellness massage on reservation. Price 50 euros. Outside of the courses, you also have access to the kitchen, living room, terrace, garden, and forest. In summer, we install a summer terrace with relaxation mattresses under the walnut trees. During the internships, depending on the activities of the internship, we can adjust its normally free access. We will talk about it when you arrive. The walks in the fields and the forest have no limits. :-) I am present when you stay at home and I can stay with you to exchange and spend good times as you may wish to keep your privacy if you wish. Everything is possible. :-) We are situated outside of the village of Sainte Gemme Martaillac in 1km in what we could call a small hamlet because it is a group of 5 houses. Coming home is easier in car, motorcycle or bike (attention it goes up). But walk too :-) If you are without a car, several possibilities: - Buses that travel between Marmande and Casteljaloux, the nearest stop to the house is the village "Bouglon-the keyboard". You can find all schedules on "car.aquitaine" line "barbotan-Marmande" or "marmande-barbotan". I will come and pick you up at this stop. - The carpool: Many people regularly travel Marmande, Casteljaloux ... it's blablacar :-) - And if you are really stuck, I can pick you up at Marmande (nearest train station) or at the toll Marmande if you practice carpooling. For Garorock fans, it is not possible to walk from the house to the festival and no shuttle bus leaves from Holy Gem Martaillac. The only way is blablacar :-) or your car. Internet access is provided by a very expensive and limited satellite connection (20 gigabytes for the month). If you wish to watch films, series, etc, ... It is not prohibited but thank you to tell us about it before so that we set up against a contribution of gigabytes in addition with our operator. To give you an idea, 1 gigabyte costs 10 euros. Insect refractory, the house is in the countryside and therefore has visitors that not everyone appreciates like ladies spiders but they are very very useful :-) On the other hand, I have 6 roommates of type CAT.
