Bathroom with spacious shower. Lots of comics and books! Kitchen with Nespresso machine, refrigerator. Wi-Fi. Spacious indoor pool. Bed linen provided. The dike and catering are located about ten meters from the entrance. 3 adults allowed or 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. No TV. The studio (general) A beautiful view can be admired through high and wide windows. Everything in the studio was refreshed in may 2021. The walls and ceiling got a facelift. All furniture is new. The bathroom was renovated and the kitchen got a new induction hob. The studio (In detail): - Present: cutlery, plates, pots and pans, a coffee maker with free capsules, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment. All bed linen is provided, as well as towels and washcloths. - The spacious indoor pool is free and open until the evening, all year round. - Costs of water, electricity and internet are included. - There are two glass interior doors, one to close the kitchen and one to close the bathroom. One ensures that possible noise from the hallway is reduced and the other, of course, ensures that there is no view into the bathroom. - The bathroom consists of a large sink and large mirror. There is a spacious shower (seating for two). There is a toilet, a cupboard with toiletries (cotton swabs, disinfectant alcohol, cotton wool, plasters) - The mattress and bed frame are of high quality. There are two entrances to the building (along the dike and along the parking lot). In the hall is my mailbox with locker where the keys are. You can check in yourself, whenever you want, from 2 pm. The keys are in a locker in my mailbox (box 105). I will send you a message the day before you arrive with the code for the locker. The center of Oostduinkerke-bad is a hundred meters from the building. There is a large parking lot in front of the building. The dunes are literally in front of you with the sea about fifty meters away. There is a tram stop in Oostduinkerke-bad. - The studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. I charge 50 euros for this. During the stay I do not offer a cleaning service. - I do not offer any further services. - It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside. - It is strictly forbidden to bring and light candles in the studio. - All safety regulations are in order, there is a fire extinguisher, a fire cloth and a smoke detector. - You will receive a key ring with a key and a blue badge. With the key you open the studio. With the blue badge you can open the entrance door and enter the swimming pool. - Garbage room: located on floor -1 at the end of the corridor.
