Waterfront Accomodation with Jetty, Port Stephens

This unique waterfront property, including private jetty, is just over 2 hours drive from Sydney & Port Macquarie or take a flight to Newcastle airport & hire a car for the short drive. This is the perfect holiday location. Newly renovated, catch crabs or fish at the end of jetty, local boat hire to explore waterways,take a walk on the peaceful board walks, eat at a variety of restaurants nearby or chill at home. Hunter Valley is a short trip or check out the beaches, 4wding or go whale watching We have the fishing rods ready, a few bikes to ride around the local area on and a beautiful view if you decide you want to just relax at home. We have The Poyers which is an amazing restaurant on the water only minutes from the front door and other local Clubs for entertainment. We are a couple of hours from Sydney or near Newcastle Airport if you choose to fly. We hire the linen(sheets, pillow slips, towels etc) to ensure that every night is cozy and comfortable. In addition, beach towels can be hired if you require and need to be booked in before arrival. Dolphins, Koalas, bike paths, board walks and food that is top quality. Golf courses, fishing charters and whale watching. The Port Stephens/Hunter Valley areas give you so many options you will have to come back. Wineries, breweries or boat and beaches? Relax and/or adventure. Adventure with go carting, feeding sting rays, driving on the beach, really so much to do and see. Best option is to have a car to drive around if you want to explore otherwise everything is walking distance of you want to stay local LIABILITY AND RULES: Only booked guests are allowed on site. No other guests are allowed to enter the property or visit. We have had to state this due to people inviting other friends and family over. Any use of the equipment eg bikes, paddle boards, stand up boards, blow up boats etc is to be used at your own risk and there is no insurance to cover for any accidents that happen if you choose to use the equipment. If you wish to use the water equipment, you must bring your own life jackets that fit your size and shape. Unfortunately, we cannot supply for all shapes and sizes. We do have some life jackets but again they are use at your own risk and no liability is taken. Your booking confirms you have read, understand and agree to these rules and understand the Liability risks. Please be advised that the property is not suitable for young children. Guests of any age must be included and paid for in the guest numbers.
