No. 42 four bedroom house in Blackpill, Swansea 100 metres from 2 miles of beach. Safe, off road parking for 5 cars. Two sitting rooms, dining room (seating for 8) and fully fitted kitchen - American style fridge freezer to stock up on essentials. Generous outside living spaces. Gas BBQ provided. Sun room with decking at the bottom of garden. Fully enclosed garden - safe for dogs and children. Plenty of outside activities, bracing beach walks, large parks, close to shops, sky channels and X Box. No.42 is a stylish, contemporary four bedroom home within easy walking distance of the beach. There are 4 bedrooms to the first floor - 3 doubles (1 ensuite) and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a family bathroom to the first floor - bath with over head shower. Downstairs you will find 2 sitting rooms, a separate dining room which accommodates 8 adults in comfort, a cloakroom and well equipped kitchen - including a rangemaster double oven cooker, American style fridge freezer with wine cooler and ice maker, bean to cup coffee maker, dishwasher and granite surfaces. No.42 boasts high speed broad band in every room, a full SKY package, Xbox console, indoor and outdoor games, a SONOS system and a wide selection of books in the summer house - even on a wet day, you'll find something to do! Outside, there is a large, fully enclosed garden. A lit patio area with a large cast iron dining set for 8 people, gas BBQ and chiminea. At the bottom of the garden there is a fully heated summer house with comfortable chairs and decking area - a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. A shed is available to store bikes and surf boards and there is enough off road parking for 4-5 cars. We know the hassle of trying to pack everything you need so we provide all bed linen and towels as well as tea and coffee. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. We don't charge a cleaning fee or extra for four legged friends (we do ask that they are not left alone in the house). We do respectfully request that you leave No.42 pretty much as you find it - so please clean the BBQ if you've used it, don't leave food in the fridge and if you've brought your dog, a quick check of the garden so ensure that all is clean and tidy. Breakages happen, so please let us know so we can replace any items before next guests check in xx Entire house, garden, summer house and storage shed. Workshop and potting shed locked as they contain cleaning/maintenance equipment. The property is accessed via key safe - you will be sent code prior to check in. Available by phone, text and email. No.42 and its surroundings has something to offer every member of the family. Our garden is private and fully enclosed so makes an ideal space for alfresco dining and a safe space for both children and dogs to enjoy. There is a summer house at the bottom of the garden with a decking area - ideal if anyone wants a little peace and quiet. We have a beach (across the road), parks, pubs and restaurants all within an easy, flat walk. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, we have cycle paths close by (the mumbles is a 5 minute bike ride away), an outdoor lido, tennis, footy golf (directly opposite) and water sports (10-15 minute walk away). For those rainy days, we have the national pool, LC leisure centre (which has an indoor fun pool and indoor climbing), cinemas, museums, 10 pin bowling and indoor trampolining for all ages. The Gower peninsular is a short drive away - we have often taken the boat out and been followed by dolphins. We have a bus stop within 2 minutes walk of the house. We have given guests a 100% refund throughout the pandemic if government restrictions prevent travel - this is over and above what is required by air bnb. We will continue to offer this so guests can book with confidence in what is a very uncertain situation.
