Cozy attic flat with free parking

During the summer months we have a small permaculture farm in the woods where we live and grow, so during that time we're renting out our lovely apartment. The place is a nice cozy attic flat with a lot of green plants. Fully equipped kitchen for you to use. Kingsize Japanese futon bed (new since the photos). 500 meters to Mölndal centre where you'll find shops and public transportation to reach all parts of the town fast and easy. Walking distance to the nature with different lakes to swim in, as well as easy and fast transportation alternatives to different parts of the city centre. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our lovely little place as much as we do. Full access to the whole flat. The apartment is a nice one room attic flat that through it´s different design feels like a bigger place then it actually is. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that you are welcome to use. A small bathroom with a shower. One big Japanese futon bed (changed since the photos), a sofa with table and a desk if you need to work. If you're staying for a longer period we can arrange access to the laundry room for you. We will meet up with you to hand over the keys and then we will be out of your way during your stay. If you need any help or tips we will be available booth by phone or by mail to help you out with whatever questions you might have as much as we can. Walking distance (20 min) to 3-4 different lakes to swim in during summer, or at other times of year, just to take a walk around. The apartment is well situated in Mölndal where you will find grocery store, supermarket and everything else you will need for your daily life basis. Close to the supermarket you will find the tram and bus station where you can take the tram/bus to either Korsvägen (12 min) or Linnéplatsen (15 min) to be right in the heart of the city. We will leave bed sheets and towels for you.
