The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet single-storey building in the city center of Aubusson. The accommodation is located in a quiet area 2 minutes walk from the shops. We prefer long stays (internships, studies) at the price of 395 € / month all charges included (within the limit of reasonable consumption of course). The studio has a large fitted kitchen: an electric oven, 4 gas hobs, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle as well as crockery and kitchen accessories. A bright glass roof separates the kitchen from an office area, workspace, which can also be used as a breakfast area. The bathroom is equipped with a dressing room, a sink, a shower cubicle and also a toilet. The living room is composed of a bedroom area with a convertible bed type BZ two places with bedding with window overlooking a quiet street with very little traffic. Also, you will find at your disposal a library corner with some essential literature and some tourist brochures. Finally, the living room also has a dining (or reading) area with table and chairs. The accommodation is well equipped and has been recently renovated. Travelers have access to all the accommodation described (the studio) only the entrance hall is a room shared by tenants (hall of a one-story building) To park, a minute stop is possible in front of the door (rue du Mont). Otherwise, parking is free in a large car park (Champ de Foire) located 150 meters from the accommodation.
