Large double room available in 4 bedroom house in Warmley, S. Glos. 20 minutes to centre of Bristol and Bath. 10 minutes to M4. Bus stop opposite, nearest train station Keynsham. Shop opposite and 15 minute walk to the local pub. All bills included as well as wi fi and parking (either on the drive or directly opposite on the road). Welcome to use all communal areas such as garden, kitchen etc Fully furnished house, clean, tidy and well looked after. There is also a cleaner. We have two cats. We are a friendly household with two lovable cats. Guests have free use of the house, including full kitchen facilities, lounge area and garden. A washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher are also available for use. This is a residential area on the edge of Bristol, with a general store opposite and a lovely fish and chip shop a short walk away! There are direct bus routes from our house, going into both Bath and Bristol City Centres. There is limited off street parking which is available on a first come, first served basis. There is nearby on street parking available, when required.
