Small room (7,5m²) in a loft close to the center

My loft is very simple, but comfortable. Some of it is not realy nice, like the roofdeck is still missing the floor... Simple dubble bed room. All guests have access to bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. During the week I live in this loft. Usually I am not present at the weekend and during the working hours. Loft is close to the station (15 minutes walking or 2 stopps by bus). Busstop around 100m from the house. Autobahn to Hamburg is close.
