3 room apartment, close to lake and station

Welcome to the "Zauberhaus". Elderly house in a spacious garden with a pond. 2 bedroom-apartment (each bedroom sleeps 2) on the ground floor. Additional living room with a convertible sofa for 2 more guests. Bathroom with shower and toilet, well equipped kitchenette. Dog-friendly, LGBT-friendly. On request breakfast is available from Friday to Sunday. Portable WLAN for guests, parking area for 3 cars on the site. You may also use the garden and the porch. No smoking in the house!! The rooms of the guest apartment and my personal rooms on the 1st floor and on the attic have been renovated (walls were painted and a new floor was put into the rooms). The bathrooms and kitchens of both apartments are a bit older but still ok and functional. The Zauberhaus is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, nonetheless everything can be reached in short walking distance. 6 minutes walk to the town center, 8 minutes walk to the station, 15 minutes to reach the harbour and the lake park. The nearest supermarket is to be found in 400 m. In the neighbourhood you will find many old, partially historical houses, most of them surrounded by spacious gardens. Also the Zauberhaus is situated in a garden that has been arranged by the previous owner with much love. You will find a fish pond and you can enjoy dining al fresco at the shaded porch. Bicycles can be put up in a spacious lockable barn. Currently I only rent to a single group. Which means there will be no other guests apart from your group. OPTIONS: - A rich breakfast on weekends (Friday to Sunday) which has to be paid separately (10 Swiss Francs per person). - I could host up to 4 more guests in my private rooms. If you are a group of more than 6 people and want to stay together, please send me a message so I can make an according offer. The whole apartment on the ground floor is yours during your stay. You may also make use of the garden any time. If you want to use the barbecue, leave it as clean as you found it! Otherwise I will charge you for extra cleaning. Please do NEVER throw anything into the pond because of the fish! If any possible I will welcome you personally. However, I'm frequently not at home in the evening or on weekend days, therefore there is a certain probability that we won't meet at the time of your arrival. If this is the case I will send you information about where to find the key. In the morning I will provide breakfast. On weekend days I will be happy to prepare porridge, Shakshuka, ham and eggs, boiled or scrambled eggs for you. Along with that you will find a freshly prepared fruit smoothie, plus occasionally one or another "goodie" in addition :-) The Zauberhaus is situated off the main traffic. There are only few cars driving through the neighbourhood and it is very quiet during nighttime. Nonetheless the town center of Romanshorn is only a few minutes walk away (even quicker by bike ;-) The nearest supermarket can be reached in 400 meter. The SBB station offers direct connections to Zurich, St. Gallen and Konstanz. It's a 8 minutes walk to the station. Although the neighbourhood is perfectly quiet during nighttime, you will experience various noises inside the house: the creaking of the staircase, opening and closing of doors, steps on the wooden floor... So should you be sensitive to noise, the Zauberhaus might not be the best place for you to stay. I get up early and often come home late at night so you will most probably hear me when I'm wandering around. An unsecured staircase leads up to the breakfast room on the first floor and there are also a few stair steps leading to the guest apartment. The house is therefore not suitable for very young children or people with restricted physical mobility.
