Bed and breakfast in friendly house

We are a friendly household with a large (6 bdrm) house on Sydney's lower north shore. The neighbourhood is safe, leafy and easily accessible by bus and ferry. We have three rooms available for guests, one twin and two with queen beds. Self-serve breakfast is included, if required. We have three rooms available to guests. This room has two king single beds and shared bathroom. The beds are very comfy. One other room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the other has a queen bed and shared bathroom. We have unlimited wifi, a swimming pool and safe on road parking. The laundry is available for guests' use plus a spare refrigerator. We look forward to welcoming you. Breakfast is included in the cost and you can have access to the kitchen to make your own dinner. The solar heated pool is available to guests approx six months a year from mid Oct - mid Apr. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they wish to. I am home quite often during the day so am available to help with advice or just to have a coffee and a chat. Our neighbourhood is friendly and safe. The Longueville - Circular Quay ferry terminal is 5-10 mins walk away. The houses are mostly quite large and there are several parks and bush walks within a short distance of each other. The local shopping village is 2 km from our home. We have easy access to the city centre. There is a weekday ferry to Circular Quay just 7 mins walk away and the bus stop is 2 mins walk. There is safe and plentiful on-road parking just outside. To get to our home from the airport there are various options. You can take a train to Wynyard then from Clarence St near Wynyard take the 261 bus and get off at the first stop on Kenneth St. Uber or taxi can cost anything from $45-85 depending on traffic or I offer a pick up service for $45 1 person, $50 for 2, $55 for 3. I am not always available to do this so please check first. There could be other guests staying at the same time.
