Rustico in the nature

Nice, simple but spacious Rustico (typical ticino house) in the valley of Verzasca. Near the forest and the river. It's not possible to drive direct to the Rustico. From the parking (one car free of charge), a 7 min. walk is necessary (hiking trail an stairs) Enjoy !! The simple but spacious Rustico has a big sitting room with a fireplace and is equipped with DVD Player. The wood for the fireplace is in a small local near the house. The kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic cooker, microwave refrigerator and dishwasher. It has also a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?). The common material (pans), oil, salt, sugar and pepper for cooking is present. On the first floor are to 2 bedrooms with each 2 beds and the bathroom with bathtube/shower. Enjoy a beautiful summer evening under the "Kiwipergola" in front of the Rustico with a glass of red wine Merlot and some salami. The cellar is open to the guests because of the fuse panel (Electrical). We are often in Lavertezzo but not all the time A bus station (Lavertezzo, ai Poss), line 321 (Locarno-Sonogno) is located at the parking. Please take your own bath towels. Bed and kitchen linens are provided. In case of excessive use of electricity, a surchage will be charge. By check-in, you'll have to fill the guest registration card and we will charge you the tourist tax, CHF 2,- per night, per person over 14 years old. It's not possible to reach the rustico by car. A 7 minutes walk is necessary. You'll have to carry all your baggage. We kindly ask you lo leave the rustico in the same condition that you found it by coming, grazie !
