Large family house in Harwood

Deceptively large family home, situated in a lively village, close to the town of Bolton. Although a stone cottage it is in a convenient location close to a super market, pub, library and open countryside as well as having good links to manchester, Bury and Bradford. Please note that this is my full time home and I rent it out when I am on my holidays or away for the weekend. I ensure that the bedside cabinets by each of the double beds are empty and there are hangers and hooks available in each space for hanging your clothes up. In the pink room the top drawer is emptied ready for you to put your belongings. If I got a longer booking of more than five days I would of course look at adding more storage space. Although I move things around and clear away there are still personal objects in the house and we ask guests respect that. The property is a 3 bedroom house with three double beds and. It is more suited to families and couples or if it is a group of three single people who want their own room this would be ideal. It is not suitable for large parties of adults. This is a whole house let so the only interaction will be to provide the keys and pick up the keys at the beginning and end of their stay. There will be a cleaner for long let’s, once a week. This cleaner will also read the meters before and during your stay and ensure no one is overusing gas and electricity. For electricity anything over 20kwh a day will get charged £0.29 per kWh. There are three good restaurants close by, lovely walks and nice neighbours. With each let there will be a small grocery package provided including a loaf of bread in the bread bin, fresh milk and butter. There are jams in the fridge and cereal in the cupboard which the guests can use. These get replaced when empty due to being responsible about the environment and recycling I don’t want to create more rubbish by buying small sachets of items. This is a whole house let so the only interaction will be to provide the keys and pick up the keys at the beginning and end of their stay. There are three good restaurants close by, lovely walks and nice neighbours. The bus stop is a five minute walk away and the buses which go into Bolton are approximately every 20 minutes. When booking the whole house you will have access to the whole house. A weekly cleaner for long term lets and this person will also read the meter to ensure no over use of gas and electricity. Each of the local pubs has something different to offer and are well worth calling into for a drink. There is a local butchers on Lea Gate which serves great cuts of meat and is locally sourced. Harwood is a suburb of Bolton, it is conveniently located for bus routes and is a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station, Bromley Cross which can take you into Bolton, Manchester and Blackburn. Buses into Bolton run every 20 minutes and buses into Ramsbottom are every hour, buses into Bury are every hour. Picking up of keys. We need notice of when you expect to arrive. Most of the time we can meet you at the property but occasionally the keys will be held by a person close by who can handover the keys. It is better all round to communicate early on so that this can be arranged as smoothly as possible.
