Just below the garden in the valley is the ancient ruin of Plaka Tower and we also have views reaching to the old windmills above the village of Agios Arsenios and to the hills behind. Villa Serenity can comfortably enable 8 people to enjoy this exceptional location in peace and harmony. The villa comprises of 3 floors. The top floor has 1 bedroom, bathroom and 2 amazingly panoramic balconies overlooking the sea and the mountains. The top floor has a separate entry. The main floor comprises of a lounge area with built in couches, a fully equipped kitchen, a magnificent dining area, vanity bathroom and laundry area. The floor leads to the private swimming pool and outdoor dining area and is the main entrance to the villa with ample parking. The third floor is located down a magnificent designed spiral staircase in the basement area which comprises of 3 bedrooms 2 being with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds with an outdoor area perfectly landscaped, bathroom, linen cupboards and plenty of space. Villa Serenity has an eye to detail with superb landscaping. The pool is approximately 1,8m/6ft depth. The pool area has a vast range of lounging furniture for guests to relax and enjoy.The dining area is beautiful all throughout the day.
