A delightful 3 bedroom colony cottage in the heart of the picturesque village of Dollar. Nestled at the foot of the Ochil, it is ideal for visiting the surrounding areas of Stirling, Perth, St Andrews and Edinburgh. Guest Accommodation: comprising on the lower level of a lounge, dining room, breakfasting kitchen, boot root/utility and toilet. Whilst on the upper level, there are 3 well proportioned bedrooms (one of which is on-suite) and a family bathroom. Bed are 1 x King, 1 x small double and 1 x single trundle bed. We welcome pets and there is a fully enclosed private gardens to the rear, which is accessed through the back door. Parking: There is on street parking and you can generally park outside the cottage. Notes: The kitchen provides an oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Other useful equipment include Slow cooker, toaster, blender and scales. The boot room/utility provides an additional Fridge and freezer and a tumble dryer. Bedding and towels provided. We plan to leave you in peace while you enjoy your stay with us, but we are only a phone call away should you need to contact us. Dollar is a delightful friendly village, with the renowned eateries of Café Des Fleurs and The Bridge Street Kitchen. There is also a well stocked Co-op and Ellies Cellar. There is on street parking and it usually possible to park directly outside the cottage.
