Our large & comfortable one bedroom space has its own private balcony entrance & en suite bathroom. 5 minute stroll to beach & major supermarket, & about 10 minutes to train & local restaurants. You may never want to leave! - the luxe beachside Exclusive use of the first floor which has its own private entry and balcony. Parking in the driveway or on front lawn. Included in your stay: 3 types of cereal, milk and juice which should last 3-5 days. Tea & coffee is also supplied but for longer stays you can buy food at the local supermarket. You have your own toaster, kettle, a handy bar fridge, cutlery, plates, mugs & glasses. There are no facilities for cooking in the room but there is a small microwave. We have even supplied wine glasses for those that might buy something at one of the local Mornington Peninsula wineries. The bathroom is modern and clean with a river stone floor that massages your worries away just by walking on it. Use of DVD movie collection, DVD player & 50" LCD TV with local channels. FREE - unlimited WiFi internet. Free Netflix. We are down to earth, friendly & hospitable. Of course, after your initial introduction to the room we will give you your privacy unless you want to talk and ask more questions about our beautiful area. If you are staying for more than a few days you can restock on supplies at our local Woolworths supermarket, which is on the beach, about 5 minutes walk. Frankston is a major shopping area on the bay and is a few stops away on the train or bus. There are many restaurants to choose from in Frankston as well as a movie theatre complex and arts centre with live plays, musicals etc. Buses stops in both directions are literally at our front door. The train to Melbourne CBD is on the Frankston Line and our station is Seaford Station. You are about a 7-10 minute walk to the station and it takes 50 minutes to the city, passing through some of Melbourne's nicest leafy suburbs. 1 child only under 2 years of age can stay for free. Only one extra mattress & bedding on the floor available as needed. Children over 2 years old or adults pay for the extra mattress and bedding $18 each per night. Washing Machine & Dryer available for $5 each/load. (Washing Powder included)
