Elegant Studio, Brooklet Pool House

Brooklet Pool House, on a beautiful 5 acres in the Byron hinterland, is a comfortable yet sophisticated self contained studio space with stunning valley views and access to our classic design 12 metre in ground pool. Feel at home with comfy king size bed, luxury Sheridan linen and towels, lovely MCM House linen armchairs, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, ironing board and iron, separate bathroom, free wi fi, smart tv and private balcony overlooking the pool and beyond. Brooklet Pool House has a laid back modern elegance that invites you to simply relax and enjoy the facilities. You can lay in bed and take in the view, read a book or watch a movie, coffee and tea are provided for your arrival. The studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Sun bake on the cushioned garden rock wall at the end of the pool or take refuge on the elegant pool lounges under the umbrellas and cabana. Turkish towels are provided for your convenience. At night, with the garden and pool lit up , this is the perfect romantic setting for a late evening cocktail or swim. The outdoor fireplace and BBQ is also yours to enjoy as is the lower garden lawn, a great place to check out the cows and our amazing sunsets. Guests should contact the owners prior to using the BBQ and fireplace for instructions. Don't forget to tag us in your posts! @brookletpoolhouse Guests have exclusive access to the pool and cabana during their stay. Guests may also use the lower garden lawn, BBQ and outdoor fireplace which occasionally may be shared with the owners. All areas (including pool area) will be required to be accessed for cleaning, maintenance and groundskeeping. Although a separate building, The Pool House is still part of our home environment. My husband and I own a Real Estate company and live and work onsite in the main house. We are out often due to the nature of our business so you will see us coming and going from the property. We love interacting with our visitors, however we respect our guests privacy at all times. We are happy to provide local information and tips and will be available on mobile at all times. The very popular village of Newrybar, with its quaint shops, night market and famous Harvest Cafe Restaurant, Deli and Bakery is only a few minutes drive. If your'e feeling energetic its only a 4.8km walk for your morning coffee! Gaia Retreat & Spa is just up the road. Within 10 - 15 mins you have the historic village of Bangalow, Killen Falls, the revamped Eltham Pub, The Farm, beautiful Broken Head Beach, and in 15 - 20 mins you can be in the centre of Byron Bay or strolling the unspoilt beachside Lennox Head village. There are numerous Hinterland surprises awaiting you! If you are flying into Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport we are only a 15 mins drive. Taxis and hire cars are available at the airport.
