The Rambleshack - coastal garden room near beach

A PERFECT COASTAL GETAWAY Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Coldingham, on the East coast of the Scottish Borders. A short walk from the blue flag beach at Coldingham bay, the marine reserve at St Abbs, a tasty fish & chips or a pint or two at the village pub. The Rambleshack is a beautifully designed garden pod sitting in the garden of owners Katie & Richard on its own personal decked seating area. Ideal for a break away, surfing, walking, or simply relaxing beside the coast. Beds can be setup either as 2 singles or a double. The pod can accommodate 2 adults and a child, with a roll up mattress. The pod is “BYO” only. Bring Your Own meaning you will need to bring along your own bedding and towels. A hot outside shower for washing the sand off from the beach. Outside tap for cleaning equipment/ boots etc. A gas BBQ for cooking outside when the sun shines. Inside the pod there is a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a fridge, as well as cutlery, plates and glasses for 2. Guests have their own decked area with BBQ and small seating area. Normally we will be on site to assist should you need any help. Otherwise we will be contactable by phone or email. There is plenty to discover nearby with a wealth of things to see and do from historical sites and nature reserves to activities such as golf, wakeboarding, zip trails and ropes courses. For those wishing to explore further afield the Rambleshack is perfectly situated for trips to Holy Island, Alnwick Castle, Bamburgh or even Edinburgh. Enjoy stunning walks along the Berwickshire coastal paths. Surf school / equipment hire - Get yourself down to the beach and Stevie will sort you out with a board / wet suit whatever you need. No waves? Hire a kayak and explore the beautiful coast. Fast blast - enjoy a blast around the Berwickshire coast aboard one of the rib boats at St Abbs or Eyemouth. Diving - St Abbs world famous diving in the picturesque village of St Abbs Nearest railway station is Berwick upon Tweed. Taxis and buses are available from here to The Rambleshck. GUESTS SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS INCLUDING pillows, duvets / sleeping bags and sheets. Thank you
