House is located on the most picturesque street in town and it is part of the heritage inscribed on the UNESCO list. House has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning. One dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Private terrace with a nice view. Private parking for two (middle sized) cars. Perfect place to stay for fly fishermen! Tourist tax is 2€/person/night and is not included in price. House was completely renoveted last year and has everything you need for perfect stay. The house was built in 1903 by the mining company to solve housing shortage for miners. This is the only house that kept the inner stairs and the original front fasade. The whole renovation was approved by the Institute for cultural heritage. Fly fishing: - drying room for waders - flies selection - guiding services - fishing permits I am always glad to help my guests with informations.
