6 Berth Static Caravan in Gaerwen
The Caravan is hidden in the Orchard area of the one acre field to the side of the house. This a 6 berth caravan with double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms. Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. Shower room and toilet. Patio table and chairs outside. Toadstool Korner for little ones and a swing and slide at the bottom of the garden. There are also 'quiet time' areas in the large garden, a bench near the swing. Private area with facility for outside dining. Set in one acre field, which is available to picnic, barbeque, play games. Safe for children and animals. Garden swing and slide, Toadstool Korner, table and chairs (Please park either on the field, or you can drive into the walled area, unless the weather has been quite wet, in which case, please park on the hard- standing and cross the field on foot.) We would suggest you do this initially to unpack, but then leave your car in the field beside the van, to enable you to make the most of the patio space with the walled garden. There is a dustbin around the back of the van and a container for re-cyclable waste. We will empty these. Please re=cycle your waste, as you would at home. Guests have access to parking close-by, the use of the field, the patio area and for a small charge, a barbeque. Childrens' cots and high chairs can be hired for a small fee, so you don't have to transport these items if you don't wish to. If it is your intention to bring more than one vehicle, or larger vehicles or boats, please inform us so that we can make suitable arrangements for their parking. We live on site and so are available most of the time, for practical help, or just a friendly chat! The village of Gaerwen is situated just about 6 minutes over Britannia Bridge. There are 3 local pubs/restaurants within walking distance, (The Gaerwen Arms, a local pub/restaurant in the village serves excellent food and is well worth a visit, not too far to walk if you'd like to have a drink. We would suggest booking, a large garden centre serving nice food, coffees and delicious cakes, a great chippy, a chinese restaurant, a hairdresser and a childrens' play park. There is a petrol station in the village, (reasonably priced fuel) making it a perfect place for all your immediate needs. Anglesey has a host of sight-seeing places for you to visit, whether you just want to tour or you are interested in the many sporting activities available. A great place for people of all ages. We are less than 20 minutes from both Bangor and Holyhead train stations. You can often ask for a request stop at the village of Llanfairpwll (the place with the long name)! Holyhead has the ferry port for the sea crossings to Dublin, Ireland. For a small extra fee, we can arrange transport both to and from the stations, should you so require.
