Central house with garden close to nature and city

Our house i situated in a nice and calm area. The house have a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and a big living room. A spa with sauna, one bathroom o with bathtub and toilet. One toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace and a balcony. 5 min walk to the tram from the house. It is 5 min with tram to Liseberg and 10 min to center. There is a pathway through the woods that takes you to Delsjön in 20 min. 5 min from the house you find a small grocery store and restaurants. Its possible to place extra beds. I am available for questions and I will answer as fast as possible. The house is close to a both city and nature. Just a few minutes away with the tram from Liseberg and Universeum. If you choose to walk it only takes 20 minutes. You find nice walking trials in the woods and a lovely lake only 30 minutes walk from the house. There is free parking on the street and it’s normally never a problem to find a spot. 5 minutes walk from the house there is a small grocery shop and you find a Thai and a pizza restaurant. The area is quit and calm with nice neighbors. There is a tram 5 minutes from the house that takes you to the city. There is free parkings on the streets around the house. If you want to walk down town it takes around 30-45 minutes.
