Welcome to the Iconic yellow mansion at the inlet. Newly updated, this beachfront home boasts over 5,500 square feet, 7 decks, & a panoramic rooftop deck that overlooks the inlet out to the ocean. Wake up to the sound of waves, take in a rooftop sunrise, then make your way to the beach or spend your time on the private roof top. This is one of the most unique homes in AC While this property looks like a hotel or bed and breakfast from the outside, the whole house is yours to enjoy a few days of relaxation and unparalleled beautiful views. Located steps from the beach entrance, it doesn’t get any more convenient. 5 massive bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Layout is as follows: 1st floor: -Foyer with travertine tile and grand crystal chandelier -Bedroom 1- king bed, queen sleeper, full length mirrors, private terrace. Sleeps 4 -Bedroom 2- king bed, twin bed, large walk in closet, 1 rollaway memory foam bed (in closet). Sleeps 4 -Bedroom 3- two (2) queen beds, floor to ceiling mirrors. Sleeps 4 -Bathroom 1- double vanity, tub/shower combo -Bathroom 2- shower stall, laundry, private toilet -Garage for storage with a couple bikes and beach chairs (guests are still encouraged to bring their own) 2nd floor: -Open concept living/dining/kitchen -Bathroom 3- powder room off of entertaining space -bar with wine fridge and ice maker (so helpful when you have a large group) -wrap around balcony with ample seating and amazing views. Grill for your use (guests are responsible for filling propane if it's empty) -Bedroom 4 suite with bathroom 4- king bed, twin bed, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling mirrors, bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub, separate shower, double vanity, private toilet. Sleeps 3 3rd floor suite: -Bedroom 5/Bath 5- 1,200 sq ft room with tons of windows and views of the water, king bed facing the water, dining area, twin bed (in separate space), sectional, 55" smart tv, 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. Brand new carpet installed in 2021 therefore we respectfully have to decline pets. elevator is not currently in service. Most questions can be answered on the app! Gardeners Basin is truly a hidden gem in Atlantic City. All of the homes are newer and the neighbors all look out for each other. The inlet area is water front, on the boardwalk, and conveniently located between the casinos on the beach and the boats and bay front bars. The inlet beach has lifeguards, bathrooms, and is free to its guests. The house offers a 4 car driveway and free street parking. The boardwalk in front of the house connects to the Oceanside where Ocean resort and Hard Rock are a walk or bike ride away. Bikes are provided as a courtesy but not maintenanced. We suggest guests bring their own. The closest 2 beaches are inlet side (smaller beach, smaller waves, has bathrooms, allows grills, directly in front of the house) or the ocean side (at N New Hampshire & Oriental Ave) both are about 3 blocks to the entrance. The boardwalk is just a block away and can be walked by crossing over New Hampshire Ave. Parking near the beach is $2/hour. Ubers and Lyft's come quickly and are usually about $6-12 to get just about anywhere in AC. We have a special deal with a local Limo company that is about $5 to 7 per person. Please inquire after your booking is confirmed The Jitney is $2.25 and picks up directly in front of the house! This is in a lively beach area during the summer. There is the chance for noise from music, cars, and people. We can't control this and it does not warrant a refund however we do have a local community officer that we can call at any time if it were to become bothersome. There is a 10pm noise ordinance in all of Atlantic City. Please be respectful of neighbors
