The apartments for rent and swimming pool are set amidst beautiful old olive trees on top of a mountain with great views. Santapollinare's central position in Umbria makes this vacation rental a good location to do some sightseeing and come back home in the peace and quietness of the surrounding nature. The welcoming friendly owner also lives here with his family. Each apartment has a private terrace. The pool is being used by the guests as well as the owner's family. The pool is 15 meters long and 7 meters wide and between 1.50 and 2.20 meter deep. There is ample parking space. The vacation rental is 1.5 km from the main road to Valfabbrica, in total 5 km from Pianello and also from Valfabbrica. In Pianello as well as in Valfabbrica one can do grocery shopping and there is a bar, gas station and other shops. In the area there are many restaurants and pizzeria's. In Valfabbrica also is the entrance to the high way that connects with Perugia in 10/15 minutes and the other way is towards the Marche (140 kms to the seas side). The pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September. There is no washing machine and no television in the apartments. All apartments have wifi. Upon arrival one has to pay the final cleaning costs: €40 for Kiwi and Quercia and €25 for Olivo If heating is needed this will cost: €10 per day. Note that there may be a tourism tax to pay. Since 2013 the local authorities in Umbria can ask for this tax which is not included in the price. The Kiwi apartment is situated near the pool and has a spacious private terrace. There is one spacious bedroom with double bed and comfortable sitting area. A bathroom with shower. Kitchen with dining table for 4, private terrace with view on the pool and the olive trees around it. The kitchen is basic, with small fridge and freezer compartment in the fridge, 2 pit cooker and pots, pans and utensils. There is a small separate oven. All to prepare a normal meal. Guests have access to the pool that is shared with other guests. The pool is open from June to September. The pool is 15 meters long and 7 meters wide and between 1.50 and 2.20 meter deep. You will be received by Paolo, the owner. Paolo also lives on the premises with his family. The vacation rental is 1.5 km from the main road to Valfabbrica, in total 5 km from Pianello and also from Valfabbrica. In Pianello as well as in Valfabbrica one can do grocery shopping and there is a bar, gas station and other shops. In the area there are many restaurants and pizzeria's. You need a car to be able to stay at the Casa Uliveto. There is free parking. The road to arrive is partly steep and through some woods. Upon arrival one will have to pay €40 in cash for final cleaning.There is no washing machine and no television. In case you use the heating, this will be paid separately before departure: euro 10 per day.
