The Black Shed - Luxury Vineyard Escape Mudgee

Welcome to the BLACK SHED, an architecturally designed unique property, with high end fit out. The interior boasts traditional timber frame beams that give a rustic and luxurious feel. Ideally suited to 2 couples or a family of 4, can sleep 4-5 guests. (OK if you have 3 children yet bedding arrangements not really suitable for 5 adults). You can easily sleep 1 on the sofa. Features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large open plan living, dining, kitchen and deck. We also have a very friendly dog. Located just 5 kms from Mudgee you can explore town and the region with ease. A huge wrap around lounge, wood burning fireplace for winter warmth, and reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort all year round. A fully equipped home, THE BLACK SHED overlooks the vineyard with spectacular views to Lawsons Creek and Mount Buckaroo. Quality linen and towels are supplied. Bedroom 1 is a QUEEN bed, upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a KING or TWIN, downstairs with a separate adjacent full bathroom with a bath and shower. This unique property will provide the perfect escape to stay and relax or explore from! THE BLACK SHED has it's own driveway and is totally separate to the rest of the vineyard. It is approximately 80 metres across the paddock from the main house. You are welcome to explore the estate yet please be aware that it is a working vineyard, there are animals that roam freely (chickens and our dog) and farm equipment. We aim to ensure you have total privacy however we are more than happy to meet you and share the story of our vineyard with you if you wish to know more about anything we do here. Please feel free to call us at any time. Mudgee is a fabulous country town - It's known for its colonial buildings, the surrounding countryside which has dozens of wineries, outstanding scenery and local produce. We have parking for several cars. There are Taxis available yet no Uber service. Taxis can be a wait so we recommend booking ahead where possible. Children need to be supervised if playing outside as there is a creek and farm equipment. There are internal stairs so may not be suitable for toddlers.
