A quiet comfortable flatlet in a pretty garden with easy access by public transport to the CBD and Fremantle One bedroom, sitting room bathroom and kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. (Laundry can be done in the main house if required ). The flatlet has separate access round the side of the property, so no need to go through the main house. If we are not in, or guests will be arriving late, we can make arrangements for a key to be accessible . The flatlet is in quiet leafy tree lined suburb. Safe neighbourhood. Close to bus route, conveniently located about halfway between the CBD and Fremantle. On express route to new Optus Stadium, for sports and other events. Easy access to the Swan River with great walks, bike rides and kayaking. No covered parking but free parking on verge. If you wish to do washing and drying we are happy to let you use the facilities in the main hous by arrangement.
