Private one bedroom with a view

Our house is located next to a conservation park and the bedroom has a big window and balcony facing the park. The room is on a separate floor from the main living area. It has air-condition, a small fridge and a microwave. We have 2 cats. Please note that the house has 2 floors and will require guests to go up and down the stairs to go in and out of the house. Our house is located in a nice, leafy and green area, and yet close to shops and public transport. It was built on a sloped land, so getting up and down the driveway and stairs can be a challenge for some. But if you love nature and enjoy walking around then this is a great place for you to stay. There is a few bus stops within walking distance (200 m) to the house. Different bus services will take you to the city centre, University of Queensland, Indooroopilly shopping mall, the Koala Sanctuary etc. Taxi and ride sharing service can easily be called.
